I finally got around to uploading my entire collection of .MOD files, its not very well organized, but its all here. There are approx. 18,000 files archived. You can browse the archive HERE. ( note: 02/12/02 - temporarily closed, moving to new server ) The directory labeled "massive" came from a cd-rom I picked up at a swap meet some time in the early 1990's. It was simply labeled "Massive Mod Collection" Here is a scan of the CD :
The directory labeled "anthology" came from a 4 CD set called "Mod Anthology" Here's the scan of the case insert :
There is no searchable database, there are text files in some of the directories with the list of files, but it's not very "user-friendly". I simply do not have the time to create the search tools. If someone wants to link to the files & create a better interface, go for it. I will keep the directory structure intact as long as possible. I cannot respond to individual requests for files, as much as I would love to, I just don't have the time. However, any comments about the archive or the site in general are much appreciated. |
